Refund Policy - Opus Brigada

1. Return period

We have a 30 day return policy.
This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition as you received it
• Unworn, unused and unwashed
• With all original tags and labels attached
• In the original packaging, where reasonably possible
• You must have a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

3. How to start a return

To request a return, contact us at info@opusbrigada.com with:

• Your order number
• The item you want to return
• The reason for the return
• Photos if there is a defect or damage

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

• If the return is due to our error or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs
• In all other cases, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping

We will provide instructions by email once your return request has been approved.

4. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if:

• The item is defective
• The item is damaged
• You received the wrong item

We will review the issue and work with you on a suitable solution.

5. Exceptions and non returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

• Items that are worn, washed or damaged by the customer
• Items without original tags or labels
• Items with strong odors such as smoke or perfume
• Gift cards
• Final sale or discounted items if marked as "final sale" at checkout

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending anything back.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is:

1. Request a return for the item you have
2. Once the return is approved, send it back
3. Place a new order for the desired item

We currently do not guarantee direct item for item exchanges, as stock is limited.

7. European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

In that case:

• You must inform us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel
• You then have an additional 14 days to send the item back
• The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging
• You must include proof of purchase

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the product price in accordance with the Refunds section below. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

• If approved, we will refund the product price to your original payment method
• We aim to process refunds within 10 business days after approval
• Your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to post the refund

Shipping costs paid on the original order are generally non refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
